Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (JPA) for the Western Management Area of the Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin

The Draft Final Endorsed WMA JPA Agreement was endorsed by the WMA GSA Committee at a public meeting held on August 23, 2023.  The governing body for each of the WMA GSA member agencies are reviewing and considering their approval of this JPA.
